Project description

Transgenic mice with conditional expression of Nanos or PUM proteins will be bred to established mouse cancer models in order to analyze the effect of ectopic Nanos/PUM expression on tumor progression. Proteomic changes under the influence of tumor-associated Nanos and PUM will be identified. Transcription factor and miRNA networks regulating the expression of Nanos and PUM will be studied.
