Project description
The objectives are: a) developmento of a test system based on calles to determine the effect of auxin on asymmetric cell division and nuclear migration. B) cell biological analysis of lateral root mutants to determine role of nuclear migration c) development of a genetic screen to identify mutants affected in nuclear migration and lateral root formation.
