Project description

The main objective of the SBO pioneer project is to file a full SBO proposal in January 2009 that will focus on innovation from the perspectives of labour sociology and labour psychology. The SBO project will be of direct use for the Flemish government by giving direction to potentially new policy strategies and accompanying measures in the fields of innovation, competition, and other objectives such as well-being at work and life-long learning. Both the SBO pioneer project as the SBO project will be characterised by:
" a multi leven approach: the organizational level, the team and the individual level are taken into account and are to be analysed in correlation
" intervention research: implementation and evaluation of interventions
" a broad defintion of innovation by taking into account the iterative, non-linear, disjunctive, and cyclical character of innovation.
