The purpose of the project is to exchange knowledge between Flemish and Romanian project partners in the field of mobility and traffic planning. Using the case of the Dambovita County, instruments and methodologies are exchanged for analyzing problems, detecting concepts for opportunities and defining and selecting solutions for existing traffic and mobility problems in the county.
