Project description

This research proposal aims in obtaining molecular insight into the formation of silicate oligomers and the aggregation of these oligomers to larger subunits, necessary to design tailored nanoporous materials. Molecular modeling is an ideal tool to study the various aspects of these processes. However, the project can only be successful if performed in collaboration with the experimental partner (COK-KULeuven).
