Project description
At14a (At3g28300), identified through Arabidopsis expression library and recognized as a PMassociated protein, is part of a gene cluster including AFL1, which contains an integrin-like domain but has an unclear cellular function. This PhD project aims to investigate AFL1's role in response to abiotic stress and its relationship with H2S, a gaseous signaling molecule that regulates cellular pathways through persulfidation.
