Project description

Interferon regulatory factor (IRF) 4 and IRF8 are two major transcription factors (TFs) implicated in dendritic cell (DC) differentiation. In this project, we will further elucidate the role of IRF4 and IRF8 in the development and biological function of the distinct DC subsets and unravel the complex regulatory networks controlled by these major TFs during DC development and activation.
