Project description
 

Since the influence of fractures inside rocks on the internal fluid flow behavior is not well known, this will be analyzed in detail. Using classical as well as highly advanced research techniques, fractures and their influence on the flow through the overall pore network will be investigated. Different fluid flow models will be implemented and validated on the pore-scale level.
