Project description

International research shows that it is advisable to have already health status before pregnancy check. 'Preconception' focuses on timely informing women of childbearing age on any measures they may adopt even before pregnancy and the possible risk to the unborn child. The scope includes the provision of information such as taking folic acid and vitamins, to promote a healthy lifestyle, etc. By gaining knowledge about the risk factors women can adjust their behavior better and timely making maternal and neonatal pregnancy outcome favorable is being influenced. This project will develop an accessible, evidence-based website about pre-conception advice and the correct use of folic acid, with a section for the general public and a section for caregivers
