Project description

We will develop a micron-sized photonic structure which can amplify Raman scattering from nearby molecules, based on a double resonant mechanism. This resonator will be incorporated into biological cell with low cytotoxicity.

With this technique we will different perform label-free intracellular measurements relevant for biodiagnostics.
