Project description

EU has a well developed Legal system in the area of recognition and enforcement of the judgments from member states. The paper tries to analyse the legislation and practice of the Brussels I regulation, and also tries to compare with the situation in China in order to draw some lessons for it. Various methods, including game theory, will be employed in the research.
