Project description
Within the framework of the Home Language in Education project a pretesting is carried out among all pupils in years 2 and 3 of preschool education in the participant schools, as well a control group of pupils sampled from a number of comparable schools. The testing concerns language proficiency, in particular concepts (Dutch and Turkish) and metalinguistic avareness (emergent literacy).
