Project description

At present the focus of the work is on elucidating the physiological role of nucleocytoplasmic lectins in plant cells. In order to do so we need to know what are the interacting partners for these lectins and what carbohydrate structures that are recognized by the lectins. In this project the focus will be on characterizing the glycans in plant cells.
