Project description
Society sets increasing educational expectations for higher education lecturers (e.g. providing high-quality teaching). Collaborative activities bring relief. However, little is known about collaborative activities within higher education institutions and how individual lecturers perceive this. Therefore, this dissertation aims to capture collaborative activities between lecturers in universities and university colleges while considering the influencing factors on different levels and outcomes.
