Project description
The MINIMOUND project aims to study the initiation, growth and demise of cold-water coral mounds in relationship with climatic and hydrocarbon-seepage related processes. This study will focus on three provinces of mounds along the Biscay margin. In the first place, we aim to establish a chronostratigraphic framework and decipher the palaeoceanographic changes within the last 15000 years
