Project description
Super-zoom macro confocal laser scanning microscopy is a novel technology for studying complex expression patterns and dynamic behavior of macromolecules in thick tissue specimens, organs, intact small organisms, and embryos. It is an outstanding technology to study the development of wild type and mutant model organisms, such as transgenic and knock-out (KO) mice, frogs, zebrafish and marine invertebrates.
