Bdellovibrio(BALO) will be used to develop a new concept of non-antibiotic based treatment of biofilm associated bacterial infections, such as parodontitis. The goals of the project are to determine the host range of the BALO's, the development of qPCR assay and the in vitro determination of the effect of BALO's on single and multi-species biofilms.
