Project description

The aim of the research is to obtain more profound, in-depth knowledge on the effects of delivering butyrate to differen parts of the GIT of production animals with the ultimate goal to develop a new generation coated butyrate and/or butyrate containing products allowing for safe, efficient and economical in-feed use for production animals (priority being poultry and pigs).
