Project description

In this project, we aim to identify citrullinated epitopes of vimentin in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Also the amount of citrullination will be quantified and the affinity of these epitopes with antibodies from serum or synovial fluid from RA patients. Additionally, a genetic study will be performed on the vimentin gene in these patients.
