Project description
Patagonian glaciers are currently retreating at an alarming rate, due to the combined effect of increasing atmospheric temperature and decreasing precipitation. This project aims to assess the influence of climate change on the Holocene evolution of Patagonian glaciers, and ultimately evaluate the impact of glacier mass variations on the isostasy of the underlying solid earth.
