Project description
Low-fat milk syndrome is a challenging biological problem involving the interrelationship between digestive processes and tissue metabolism in several candidate inhibitors will be produced through a combination of isomerisation, hydrogenation or conjugation and subsequently evaluated in vitro using 3T3-L1 cells. Promising inhibitors will be tested in vivo using the dairy cow as a model.
