Based on the results of two research projects like Leuven and Ghent University commit, in cooperation with '' Come on cancer '' to carry out a project that aims a care pathway for patients with cancer receiving oral anticancer drugs prescribed to implement in five hospitals and a roadmap (including e-learning package) for the implementation of such a pathway, which widely used in hospitals throughout Flanders, compiling. The pathway aims to adequately self-management of patients with cancer receiving oral anticancer drugs prescribed to increase, to ensure the quality of pharmacotherapy and to strengthen communication between the health professionals involved in both the first and second line.
