The project starts from the observation that lymphotoxin deficiënt mice develop specific antinuclear antibodies. The aim of the project is to investigate when in the development of mice the absence of lymphotoxin is necessary of the induction of these antibodies, and to verify whether pathological aberrances of connective tissue diseases are present.
