Project description
Chronic rhinosinusitis are chronic airways diseases that display a high comorbidity with asthma. Evidence has accumulated showing that nucleotides such as adenosine triphosphate can regulate the function of immune cells and modulate inflammatory responses. With this project we aim to contribute to the identofication of the purenergic signaling pathways taht are implicated in the pathology of human upper airway conditions.
