Project description
Arabidopsis thaliana BAG4 belongs to an evolutionarily conserved family found from yeast to higher plants and animals. The BAG family has been reported to participate in various stress responses. Previous study in our lab found that BAG4 interacts with the adaptor protein complexes AP-2 and TPLATE. The objective of this project is to characterize the function of BAG4 in endocytosis in plant cells.
