Project description

AtBAG4 behoort tot een evolutionair geconserveerde familie die voorkomt van gist tot hogere planten en dieren. Er is gemeld dat de BAG-familie deelneemt aan verschillende stressreacties. Uit eerder onderzoek in ons laboratorium is gebleken dat BAG4 kan interageren met adaptereiwitcomplexen AP-2 en TPLATE. Het doel van dit project is om de functie van BAG4 in het endocytische proces te karakteriseren.
