Project description

The major focus of this project will be on the analysis of three sets of mouse models: (1) mice with total or conditional loss of αT-catenin, (2) mice with total or conditional loss of α-catulin, and (3) mice with the replacement of specific isoforms of α-catenins in specific tissues. The ultimate aim is the elucidation of the role of the different α-catenins in different tissues.
