Project description

Paclitaxel formulations formulated with cyclodextrins, liposomes and polymer conjugates are in-vitro characterised via solubility, stability and efficiency against tumor cellines. In-vivo the biodistribution, farmacokinetics, tumor penetration and tumor growth delay is determined in a rat model for peritoneal carcinomatosis.
