Project description
T-ALL patients, who are primary resistant to therapy or relapse, have a poor prognosis. Therefore, there is a high need to understand key drivers in T-ALL biology to develop targeted therapies. We identified a role for PSIP1 and Menin, KMT2A complex members, in the development and maintenance of T-ALL and want to further unravel these roles.
