Exploration and development of a violence hotline
Professionals and volunteers such as teachers, CLB staff, sports coaches and so on can make an important contribution in the fight against various forms of violence. Victims sometimes confide in them in such a situation or they catch signals themselves. It is then not always clear what they can and may do. A concrete validated step-by-step plan or "reporting code" can address this need. It can be a tool that provides guidance for discussing the suspicion with the person involved and can contribute to faster and more appropriate help.
The assignment consists of three parts, namely an exploratory, developmental and executive part.
Whereby the exploratory part focuses on mapping the needs, existing tools and good practices and in the developing part a basic reporting code, sectoral reporting codes, manuals and the start of a decree framework are elaborated.
