Project description

The goal of this thesis is investigating how mixed ionic-electronic conductors can be used in micro-electronics, i.e. as memory and selection component in non-volatile memory arrays. Here, thermal stability and functionality will be studied. Moreover, deep understanding of the working of these materials will be investigated.
