The sabbatical leave will facilitate the completion of two work packages that are part of my “A Cultural History of British and French Literary Ephemera,1680-1830.” The project will draw up a comparative studies narrative of cultural production and construct a history of literature that pays attention to corpora of textuality hitherto omitted from literary historiography.
