Project description

This research project analyses the influence of the Hungarian, Polish and Lithuanian EU Presidencies on the EU Eastern Neighbourhood policy in five areas: trade, energy, migration, transport cooperation, and justice and home affairs cooperation. On the one hand, the project measures the extent to which the Presidency exerts influence, on the other hand it examines the conditions under which the Presidency can exert influence.
