High operating frequencies of novel electronic devices make it increasingly hard for the designer to meet all specifications. In particular, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is a major concern. Moreover, as feature sizes decrease, manufacturing leads to uncertainty of the circuits’ behavior.
