microRNA MDR AML

Project description

AML is difficult to treat and frequently relapses are observed which eventually cause a high rate of mortality. It is known that MDR plays an important role in the occurrence of these relapses. We wish to explore whether miroRNAs are relevant regulators of the MDR genes, causing resistant disease.
