Project description
 

Establishment of a competitive research unit dedicated to intellectual property (IP) law, within the Ghent University Faculty of Law & Criminology. In an initial stage, research will be focused on two subtopics: IP and digital data on the one hand, IP and sustainability on the other. In the context thereof, potential partnerships will be explored and one or more researchers will be hired.
