Project description

Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibition is a possible new target in the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). It is a pleiotropic kinase that plays an important role in inflammation and gut homeostasis and it is overproduced in IBD. This researchproject investigates the effects and molecular mechanisms of locally administrated ROCK inhibitors in murine colitis.
