Project description

The overall aim of this project is to develop a strategy to implement QbD and PAT in the freeze-drying processes of (bio)pharmaceuticals. This strategy should lead to a more efficient way of freeze-drying development and production of biopharmaceuticals, which is strongly desired since the increased importance of biopharmaceuticals in Flanders’ pharmaceutical industry.
