Project description

This project is based on the use of non-thermal plasmas for an internal surface modification of 3D porous structures. New plasma reactor concepts will be developed that enable effective plasma penetration and will be employed for internal surface modification of porous biodegradable polyester scaffolds used in tissue engineering. Also functional porous textiles and advanced filter materials will be developed.
