Project description

The research aims at the study of the mechanisms and application possibilities of Advanced Oxidation Technology for the removal of pharmaceutical compounds in wastewaters. First, the removel of the pollutants as such and the change in ecotoxicity will be investigated. Secondly, the mechanisms involved will be studied in order to achieve a better understanding of the reaction pathways.
