A multiangle light scattering (MALS) detector is requested for use in combination with two existing size exclusion chromatographs. This detector enables direct absolute molar mass determination of all polymers, which is a large improvement compared to the current refractive index and UV/vis detectors that only provide relative molar masses against calibration standards.
