Project description

The aim of the present project is to investigate whether imitation can modulate empathy for pain, using different research methods such as behavioural self-reports, autonomic measures, and imaging techniques. Furthermore, I want to examine the specific conditions under which this modulation of empathy for pain takes place, investigate the role of congruency, and explore generality of the effects.
