Project description

The research proposes the use of computer vision algorithms as an alternative to the traditional human errorprone coding in psychological research. This encompasses the quantification of time-based and interpersonal dynamics of nonverbal human mimicry in employment interviews, and the investigation of its effects on applicant ratings and ratings by knowledgeable others.
