Project description

The research project consists of three studies. A first study targets on a static integration of project scheduling and risk analysis in the project control phase. In a second phase, an integration of dyanmic resource disruptions and istabilities will be investigated. A final integrative step is the development of a project reserve allocation model to guarantee a succesful project.
