Project description

In Arabidopsis thaliana, many genes are known to enhance leaf size, however, the connections between these genes remain unknown. During this phD, these genes will be combined with eachother and the effect on leaf growth will be analysed. Combinations showing a negative or synergistic effect will be analysed further to reveal the connections between the genes.
