Project description

Efficacy research shows substantial between--subject variability in the efficacy of different types of psychodynamic therapy for depression. Post-hoc analyses of naturalistic data suggest that pre-structured interventions are more effective for dependent depressive patients while explorative interventions are more effective for self-critical patients. This project proposes a randomized controlled trial in which these findings are tested in an experimental way.
