Project description

This apparatus will be used in our laboratory for enzym activity measurements (kinetic of lipolytic and proteolytic enzyme activity in muscle tissue), analysis of the Zn-protoporfyrine content in meat, immune assays, measurements of fluorescent markers voor tissue permeability (FITC dextraan) and analyses of oxidative stress (e.g. fluorescein, thioredoxin 1, heat shock protein 70, ORAC assay).
