Project description

This research proposal aims at designing zeotype catalysts which are active towards a given conversion and selective in producing the desired product. The methanol-to-olefins process is taken as a case study. The reactivity and contribution of organic compounds in the production of hydrocarbons will be assessed in different zeotype catalysts. Results will be validated with experimental and spectroscopic data.
