Projectomschrijving

The basic goal of this project is to apply atomic oxygen (AO) produced by RF-driven atmospheric pressure plasma jets on cleaning contaminated
artwork surfaces. It includes three main research activities: diagnostics of plasma parameters and treatment performance, characterization of the basic
mechanisms of AO generation and cleaning, and optimizition of jet source and operating parameters.
