Project description
The REMEDI project investigates the decision-making of Belgian general practitioners regarding patients with a migration background and mental health issues. It aims to examine the extent to which general practitioners’ biases impact ethnic disparities in mental health care using an innovative mixed-method design. Several recommendations are developed to tackle unconscious stereotyping and enhance the quality of primary mental health care.
